Privacy Policy

Introduction
Veo 4 Video (“we”, “us”) operates veo4-video.org. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our AI video generation service. We're committed to transparency and minimal data collection — we only gather what is strictly necessary to deliver and improve the service.
Information We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:
Account information — If you choose to sign in, we receive your email and name via Google OAuth. We never see or store your Google password.
Usage data — Prompts submitted, images uploaded, and videos generated are processed in real-time. Prompts and uploads are not permanently stored on our servers.
Payment information — Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see your full card number — only a confirmation of payment status.
Standard analytics — Page views and device type collected via Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used.
AI Video Processing
When you submit a prompt or upload an image, it's processed by Google Veo 3.1 to generate your video. Here are the key points about how your data is handled:
Prompts and uploads are processed in real-time and not permanently stored. Generated videos are available for download for a limited time, then automatically deleted from our servers.
We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated videos to train any AI models. No human reviews your content during normal operation.
Third-Party Services
We work with trusted partners to deliver our service:
Google Veo 3.1 — Our video generation is powered by Google DeepMind's Veo 3.1 model. Prompts and images are processed per Google's API usage policies. API inputs are not used for model training.
Google OAuth handles authentication. We receive your name and email when you sign in. Google's own privacy policy applies to their service.
Stripe processes payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we only receive confirmation of payment status and the last four digits of your card.
Google Analytics helps us understand site usage patterns. It collects anonymized browsing data such as page views and device type.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Google Analytics uses performance cookies to help us understand traffic patterns.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information: HTTPS encryption for all connections, secure token-based authentication, regular security audits, and strict access controls limiting who can access user data.
While no system is 100% secure, we continuously work to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California). These include the right to access your data, request deletion, opt out of analytics, and data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Additional Information
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
