User Agreement & Service Terms

1. Service Description

We provide an AI video generation SaaS service powered by Google Veo 3.1. Users can purchase Basic, Pro, or Max subscription plans (monthly or annual billing) to get video generation credits and premium features including higher resolution output and advanced quality modes.

2. Auto-debit Recurring Payment Terms

Users actively authorize auto-debit recurring payment when subscribing. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Users can cancel auto-renewal at any time. We will clearly remind users before each recurring charge. We will never enable auto-debit without user explicit consent.

3. Payment Policy

All subscriptions are pre-paid service. Users pay first then enjoy AI video generation service. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel subscription auto-renewal at any time on the website. After cancellation, auto-debit will be disabled immediately, no future charges will be made. Remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We provide reasonable refund for unused subscription credits according to official terms. We will compensate users for unauthorized account takeover & unauthorized transaction issues caused by platform security vulnerabilities.

6. AI-Generated Content

As between you and Veo 4 Video, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the AI-generated videos you create using our service. You retain ownership of all prompts and images you submit.

AI-generated output may not be unique — other users may generate similar videos from similar prompts. We make no guarantee of exclusivity for generated content.

You agree not to use our service to: create non-consensual deepfake or intimate imagery of real individuals; generate content that violates applicable laws; produce misleading content intended to deceive others about its AI-generated nature; or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
